The cards with NO Prerequisites:
Bombardment or space canon can roll with an extra die.
-1 tech costs when upgrading units. (Needless to say I get this often in games)
The cards with ONE Prerequisite:
Gives you a free Mech whenever you produce units and you also get one trade good if it's ever destroyed. (Making players use Mechs even more, I like this tech)
Override a planetary shield (which prohibits bombardment) It gives you one free (un-opposed) round of combat. (Nice card but never used in any game I've seen)
The card with TWO Prerequisites:
Repair one unit (excluding those that can sustain damage) per battle round. (Excellent card if your race is in to warfare)
The card with THREE Prerequisites:
At the start of a battle, your opponent must destroy a non-fighter ship. (Never seen anyone gain this ability but if you have a fleet consisting of just a War Sun and a Flagship (which I've seen) this can be devastating to that player)
