All hail the king of underrated board games. This game sells for $10 new. And I bet some people will give it to you for free if you offer to pay shipping. (I saw that once actually) and I'm aghast at what little love it has among gamers.
This has it all. Tile placement, city building and drawing from a bag. The artwork is gorgeous, the pieces are excellent quality and the whole game is enjoyable for everyone who's come over to play. This is the unsung hero from the late TMG games in my opinion. It's too bad not many people see it the same way I do.
