I ended up loving this film. Though nothing compared to the first one it's a pretty decent sequel, all things considered. I was surprised how good it was. It's not scary but it's engaging and fun to see the call backs from the first film.
I love Ewan McGregor and he did a fine job playing an older Danny Torrence.
Well worth your time if you passed it up in theaters. Give this one a shot!
