Just to let you know in case you've never sold one before.
1) The city charges you a fee to cancel your water/garbage service. Why? I have no idea. I've never heard of this before. Opening it up they also charge you a fee....guess they're trying to squeeze as much money out of you as they can
2) The electric company takes a week to close out your service. So now the person moving in, gets 7 days of free electricity on me. Sucks.
Oh well....now I know. Hopefully this helps someone else in the future so that they don't make the same mistakes I have.
