Taking Ownership

I hate how a lot of people these days don't take responsibility for their own mistakes. I was in a show last month where every time some one messed up, dropped a line or a que, they made up some excuse instead of own up to their own screw up.

It was always "Oh, well I didn't hear you" or "I was pausing to think about something real quick" when  it's obvious that wasn't the case.

You make a mistake, apologize for it and move on. Also making excuses for your mistakes will earn you zero respect from others including me.
