This was Liam Neisson's 100th movie so I thought I'd try it out. His last 2 I watched have been underwhelming, so I was hoping this one would be better.
He plays a dectective in 1939 Hollywood, searching for a missing person for a rich mother and daughte connected to a film studio. The person may even be dead.
The scenery, shots and set pieces for this movie look amazing! Really good looking film.
Unfortunately that's the ONLY thing it has going for it. The characters are dull and the plot is dizzy to follow. Sadly, it was another stinker which makes me think he's done getting good roles anymore. Sure he can't do action like he used to, but it looks like he can't do drama either.
PASS.
