This series was only 2 episodes long and it was excellent. They didn't feel the need to stretch the simple story from the novel any longer than it needed. (unlike the Disney film)
It doesn't over stay its welcome and (once again) stays true to the story from the novel. The set, costumes and acting are good for a show from the 80s. BBC really have love for this book series. You can tell that in the production.
It's obvious to me now, that the filmed this and Voyage of the Dawn Treader back to back.
Can't wait to get to the next book in the series. Even my kids are enjoying this!
