Dice placement, resource management and hard planning all mixed in one! But if you didn't pay attention to your dam in the game, you were a goner.
Really fun game that sadly lacked in replicability since the tiles to build the ship never changed. For that reason I gave it away to a friend in the hopes he gets several plays out of it before realizing the same thing.
