Welcome to Monroe

Megan told me last week that she heard Monroe was ranked 4th in the US in Highest Crime Rate. To prove her wrong I looked it up online. We were 14th in the Nation.....not really a victory so to speak.

Well, at least we rank high in something besides Poorest School System! GO MONROE!!
