The results from my diet are in! (or were, since it ended a few weeks ago) I loss a solid 20 pounds. Pretty proud of myself and expect to keep most of it off for the rest of the year. It gets a lot easier to diet the more I do it. Guess I'm getting used to it by now.
The key is watching what you eat really. Working out doesn't have to be as hard when the diet is the key.
But this weekend I'm eating pizza so screw it.
