So it looks like they'll be no big announcements for the new Star Wars movies. In fact, this expo didn't even talk about the rumored Star Wars Land at the parks either so for fans it was the ultimate letdown.
The only thing they stated was JJ was still involved and it's still happening the summer of 2015, which leads me to believe...it's all a lie.
Think about it, to make such a big production movies would take 2 years which would barely put them within their target date. Also, why do they keep insisting JJ's still the director? Why make such a big deal out of rumor if it's not true? Something's telling me there a bigger problems brewing than we know about.
I wonder how long they'll be able to keep these problems silent until it all boils over.
We shall see...

I don't think there are any problems, really. I think this is all marketing. Think about it, we were so saturated with star wars in pop culture that we were going to have a full series based on star wars in-jokes. I think the lucasfilm PR team is basically running as minimal as they can, to create as much of a Star Wars drought as they can. So, once the floodgates do open, it will be a welcomed sight instead of over scrutinized rumors. Of course, this could all just be wishful thinking, but it could go that way.
Every time you post I feel we should have our own radio show and have entire discussions on topics such as these. Lol
we could fill hours!
