Holy crow! Before Star Wars 7 even comes out, these jokers will have made more than half their money back!
ILM and Skywalker sound don't surprise me but look at "Consumer products" that's all the merchandise! Sure some of it's clothes and accessories, but that includes books and comics as well. I'd like to see that number broken down and see how much the expanded universe contributes on a yearly basis.
By the way, doesn't it chaff you that Episode 1 is the highest grossing Star Wars film of all time?

Well, I remember reading, or in an interview that half the 4 billion was paid in Disney stock, which means Lucas is looking toward Disney becoming more valuable with the Lucasfilm entities within it. So in the long run he will end up getting much more than 4 billion in returns if Star Wars results in Disney stock going up in value.
Wow. Did not know that. You're correct though. That is worth more over time!
