I don't know either way, but a lot of those look really fake...odd motion, like they either played it backward or computer-generated the objects in. That's just me.
I believe that some of those things can and were done, so I believe you about the practice. But others look extremely jerky-computer-ish. Super fake, because of the motion.

You can actually go see his other videos online, I'm convinced it's real. People can do amazing things when they practice at it long enough.
