Ladies and Gentlemen have you heard the news? Ole Miss University got rid of their fabulous mascot a few years back. Well now it's time to vote on a new mascot.... and guess who's in the lead? Admiral Ackbar from the Star Wars movies. No folks, I'm not making this up. It makes sense though, he did fight for the Rebels right? One student was quoted as saying "If we can't have a colonel why not upgrade to an Admiral!"
I won't lie, if Ole Miss pulls this one off I'm "Go Rebs" for the rest of my life. I'll even buy shirt and cap along with it. Wow.
