So I've been looking for a house here recently and thought I found the perfect one. We were all set to close at the end of this month. Then, just as the old Coca-Cola bottle caps use to say I got the message "Sorry, Try again."So what was wrong with this place? The house was nice, big, a great deal..... and in a flood zone where the flood insurance cost close to $2000 a year. Yeah. Not gonna happen.
So now it's back to the drawing board once again. (la sigh) Oh well, maybe this month will turn up something new. Have a great weekend folks!

Sorry to hear about that. We have been trying to sell ours for quite some time now...not getting anywhere though.
When is the wedding? Y'all should come vacation sometime in FL. so we can hang out ;)
