Recovery better than we thought?

Just read an article which admitted the recovery numbers may not be correct....it may be more. The problem is a lot of areas aren't reporting them as well as the number infected. For example, someone may have fully recovered yet because it didn't involve a stay at the hospital they aren't always counted as "recovered"

Since we've passed 250,000 now I wonder how many more have recovered that haven't been reported? 100,000? 200,000? It'd be interesting to know.
