I think I want one of these. Umbrellas you have to carry around with you once you go inside. Taking up one of your arms or hands when having to carry it around.
Here in Louisiana umbrellas are pointless too since it rains sideways. So the back of my shirt can get wet as well. But with a raincoat? I don't know. Just a thought.
Oh and I would NOT want rain boots. Those are still pointless for me.
