I used to be a side sleeper but within the past few months, the only way I'm falling asleep these days in on my back. I can't get comfortable any other way.
Even on my stomach I used to sleep all the time, so it's weird that I've suddenly switch to my back and that it's the only way I sleep.
I didn't know sleep positions changed over time. Is it just me? Or have you changed your position as well over the years?
