I love me some Waddington games! Back in the day I almost bought this one too. It's for kids but I love the mechanic featured in the game and it's very thematic with the nursery rhyme that it's based on.
The randomness of where the water balls are dropped could be a problem, but the game's so beautiful, I don't mind it!
