Top 100 Review (#100-91)

#100

Fun game that barely held on to the Top 100 this year. New games could push this off the list next year.

#99

This one dropped a whopping 21 spots on the list this year. Just a little too simple for my taste. I think this is the last year this one hangs on the list.

#98

Dropping 11 spots on the list really put this game in jeopardy of dropping off my list for good. If I find a good trade, this game is gone.

#97

I love this game but no one else really likes to play this with me which is why it dropped 35 spots this year. I think it may drop from the list completely next year.

#96

This game stayed even on the list so I think it'll hang in here at the bottom again next year around the same spot.

#95
Love this game. But it's simple which is why it dropped 28 spots on my list this year. I think it'll hang on the list again in 2021.

#94

Fun game, only dropped 2 spots on my list so I think it continues to slide but stays on the list.

#93

Fun game but losing its luster over the years. It dropped 4 spots this year and I think will slip more next year too.

#92

One of my wife's favorite games and my friends also rank this among their favorites of all time but for me it dropped another 4 spots. I think this is as low as this game gets on my list.

#91

This game dropped 9 spots on my list and will be lucky to stay in the Top 100 next year. I think its at risk to not make it to the table next year.

Top 100 Review (#110-101)

#110

Played it this year, it was ok. It actually climbed 1 spot on the list from last year but I don't think it would ever make it into my Top 100.

#109

Didn't get a chance to play this one this year but if I do next year I think it could make a return to my Top 100

#108

Another game that didn't make it to the table but if it does again it may hop back on the list.

#107

I have a feeling if I play this again and it's as decent as I remember it could make the Top 100.

#106

Sadly, I don't think I'll be playing this one next year so it'll probably never see the Top 100 again.

#105

Another game I'll probably never play again so it also has no chance of returning to the list.

#104

No way this one gets back on the list but it will get played again because Megan loves it.

#103

This one's done for being on my list again either. Now that no one wants to play it anymore this year may be the last time it ever gets played.

#102

Unless I can find a way to get some more PVC Capn Crunch pieces for the game this one will remain on the outside looking in.

#101

Fun game but I believe new games added to the list could keep this one out.

Onward to my Top 100!!

Top 100 Review (#120-111)

Now that my Top 100 Vintage games are done I'd like to talk about how they moved positions from the year before!

First off, let's look at the ones that didn't make the 100 and I'll give you my opinion on if they'll reach it next year or not!

#120

No way. I hate this game of the Mrs.
#119

Please refer to my comments above.
#118

If I could I'd toss this game out of my house.
#117

Love the pieces but the game is bad. Tried to trade it and the guy passed. Unless I can think of a better way to play this game, it's not getting in.

#116

If I play it, it may move up the list but I doubt I'll ever get it to the table again.
#115
Uh...no.

#114

Unless my nephew request them, these aren't going to be played next year.
#113

Really want to play this one again but I don't think it'll make the Top 100 either way.

#112

This one isn't getting played next year either unless by miraculous request.

#111

If I play this one again and it's good it has an outside chance of breaking in to the Top 100

Guess who's back?

Coming out next year and I CAN NOT wait!! I agree with the fans, the ending was one of the WORST in TV show history. Hopefully they can make up for it this time around.

Auditions tomorrow!

I'm going to have my Directorial Debut on the main stage starting tomorrow as I begin the quest to cast my show!

If you're interested, stop by the Strauss tomorrow at 10am!

You can also purchase tickets to see it both online and in the theater!

Really looking forward to getting this one kicked off the ground.

Now Playing

I have to say, this is a pretty solid show. If you're in the area, check it out!

Twin Pics!

No matter how well your week went....they poop their pants and had others clean it.

Top that.

Recommendation

After my laptop died I had to get the newer version of Movie Studio to edit my videos for YouTube. I must say....it's excellent. The time it takes to Render is SOOOO much faster than my old software that if I would've known that I would've bought this a long time ago.

Really good stuff if you're in the market for something like this.

Slow grass

Now that the weather's cooler I'm only cutting my grass every other week which is nice. but soon it'll be time for one last cut....which I think is coming up.

For me...THAT signals the official end of summer.

Popcorn M&M's

Saw these a few weeks ago at the store and had to try them.

Don't bother getting them. They're just "crisp" with different colors.

Very disappointing.

Muppet Moments (Review)

These mini shorts are on Disney+ where the Muppets talk to kids and it's actually pretty funny! There's about 40 of them but they're each a minute long and worth your time if you love the Muppets.

I enjoyed them, just wish you they'd have included them all into one 40 minutes clip.

Console Wars Review

I heard CBS All Access had this new documentary and I wanted to check it out. It was on the Sega vs Nintendo years.

Back in the day I was a big Nintendo fan, much more over Sega so I tried it out. Let's be clear about one thing, this mainly focuses on Sega and has Nintendo in the role of the villain. Though I didn't mind that.

The documentary is pretty good. I feel it'd play well as the "sequel" to Atari: End Game but this documentary isn't as good as the one on Atari.

Lot's of interesting stories and information of what went on in the early to mid 90's between the two video game giants and worth your time watching if you're interested.

Have a good weekend folks!

Night Terrors

One thing I constantly struggle with is nightmares. I have them all the time now. As some of my former roommates will tell you, there's been a couple of times they've heard me yell out, only to be quickly silenced (and embarrassed) by my latest outburst.

I used to still have them from time to time when Megan and I were first married but now I mainly keep to myself when they happen....which is every night. And every night, it's the same story arc. I'm running from something and then finally turn around and kick its ass.

Megan doesn't like hearing my dreams, they scare her. I can laugh at them now but I also know that tonight, the fight is on with my next terror.

Sweet dreams everyone.

Heights

So with Halloween approaching I thought I'd discuss the one thing that truly frightens me....heights. Even being on top of my roof now makes me nervous. I STILL can't lean over the railing of a two story mall and any time I look out the window of a tall building I get a little sick.

Other than that, I don't really have any "fears" so to speak. I guess I don't like snakes but wouldn't high tail it if I saw one either. Mostly just back away.

Ollies! Good stuff CHEAP!

I was working on a podcast for the Top 5 stores I love to shop at. But I soon realized there's only one. Ollies reminds me of an old fashioned TG&Y from my childhood. Lots of different areas to shop in, and very good prices. I go here at least once a week just to see what they got!

Other than that....I got no where else I'm interested in going!

Best Flea Markets!

I'm a big fan of Flea Markets/ Antique Stores. Here are the best two you can find in the country!

In Phoenix this is actually my GO TO store. Once I get off the plane, I dump everything in my hotel and bolt to the Brass Armadillo. Just about every time I walk away with something from the store. And they churn through merchandise at an incredible rate! In back to back months there were several items I never saw. Amazing!

In Mobile, AL this place is a gem. Every year we visit, we walk out with something guaranteed. This year it was a pocket knife. I'm hoping to go back later this month. What will I get? Who knows! But I'm curious to see what they will have!

Poor John Bel Edwards

Our Democrat Governor is going to have a hard time explaining why we can't open up and/or drop the mask mandate now that the newest numbers are in.

Louisiana fell another 50% in cases and is one of the leading states that are dropping quicker than any other.

Over the past few months as the good news keep piling up, he's struggling to find excuses to keep the state in lockdown.

Earlier this summer he declared an extension to Phase 2 due to a "spike" in COVID cases. Later on that "spike" was revealed to be only 5 extra cases than the month before.

But Louisiana residents are getting ready to hear what straws the Governor will be grasping for when he makes his next COVID announcement next week.
